Client: The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo
Ask: How can we connect with Gen Z and Gen Alpha in a way that brings them back year after year?
Solution: Make them feel seen through impactful storytelling, bold visuals, and experiences that keep up with who they are.
Concept 1
How Do You Rodeo?
Well that’s the question for this concept. Do you go to Rodeo Houston for the heritage, the action, the food, or a mix of everything?
By asking that simple question, we’re letting Gen Z and Gen Alpha build their own vibe. Whether it’s their first time or they’ve been coming for years, it’s not about telling them where to go. It’s about letting them discover their own rodeo experience.

With this concept we can as specific as the wine community to more general as just food and also target the parents of Gen Alpha for all the activities their kids can enjoy.
These Digital Kiosks will be placed on Outfront digital kiosks around Houston City Center.

600 ways isn’t just a random number. With research and a little math. I discovered that Rodeo Houston has over 600 different ways for you to rodeo.
Activations
Our two activations for this concept are interactives placed on Orange Barrel kiosks. These kiosks are eight foot tall phones that get impressions from both pedestrians and people driving by.
Activation 1
With one rodeo and a thousand ways to experience it, we’ve found the best way for you to plan, or better yet, predict it.
With our Rodeo Fortune Teller, the “Cowboy Clairvoyant”.



This interactive activation allows the user to walk up and select premade prompts such as “Are you a day or night person?” or “What kind of speed are you looking for?” After making their selections, Cowboy Clairvoyant will use ai to generate a prediction of what the user will best enjoy at Rodeo Houston.
Activation 2
Can’t decide if the cowboy look is for you? Check out our modern cowboy lookbook, designed for anyone curious to try the style. Think of it as your rodeo version of Cher’s closet from Clueless.


One interesting thing about Orange Barrel kiosks is that they have cameras in the front just like our phones. So, using augmented reality, the user is able to walk up to this interactive and try on a lookbook like never before. Letting them decide what cowboy look they should do for Rodeo Houston.
